This is turning into a big crew! 45 for dinner so far.
I'm prepping the camper for you today and am going to start loading it with gear.
So who's bringing firewood?

I'm bringing some small stuff, my buddy John is bringing what he can fit in front of his bed under the 5th wheel trailer, I think Bajaf250 is going to try to squeeze in some as well and Don said he'd try to bring some too. Anyone else able to bring some wood? You can't have too much firewood.
Still looking for another weber grill besides mine and bondobob's. Chime in if you got one and the room to bring it.

It probably would be a good idea to bring all that stuff. I think we're going to need a fair amount of table space.Nick wrote:Steve, i'll have a couple of small tables, lanterns, and a stove if you need it.

i am 50/50 right now guys...
i need to see how much i can get done on the race truck before i can commit since we will be racing the following weekend in barstow. if i come it will just be me and one friend. i know this doesn't help with the final count but i will be last minute. i do have reservations and all the bronco needs is an upper radiator hose, but it's the race truck that is holding me back. i will let you guys know the closer it gets.

Offer's still out there and I haven't really seen any responses yet guys. I'm not much of a cook at all so my contribution will most likely be store bought, but Nick suggested maybe a dessert like cookies or brownies or something. How does that sound?ChaseTruck754 wrote:I am a solid "yes" as of my phone call with Nick the other day. Anything I can bring besides my hopefully less mopey butt?

What we really need is a dozen or so bags of ready to eat ceaser salad mix. It comes with coutons and dressing in the bags and would be a welcome contribution and NO COOKING involved. You'll find them in the produce department in the bagged salad section. Is that cool?

Nick, I just got a bunch of free Styrofoam cups for free, so if you haven't bought those, I'll cover the cups.
We could use a six-pack (I think that's enough?) of paper towels to use as napkins and for clean up if someone wants to bring something easy.
Can anyone thing of something we're missing?
Everyone is doing their own drinks, right?

I'll have a generator there that you're welcome to use. I'm also making breakfast burritos for whoever is at camp early Sunday morning.philofab wrote:Well, I have reservations made. I may bring two of my buddies with me, but they can fend for themselves on food and such.
