OK if my Bronco comes back from the 500 in one or two pieces I'll be there too.

Do they have a short wheelbase division?

Still wanna do a July thing unless we get a monster gofast bronco turn out for the DR huckfest.

At least there will be more than just you and Brian jumping. Have another Birthday. They are way more popular then the GFB meets.

Maybe my Bronco will make an appearance...

What are you saying that the GFB guys are all talk no action? Yeah, OK I can agree with that.

Don't we all!

July is hectic as all heck for me. Add in the fact that many of us will be going to Mex for the trip on the 2nd weekend in August and it might be tough to get a big group for this.

The June huckfest will be a zoo. That being said I'd much rather be there (or anywhere) with a group of guys from here vs. DR based on what I've seen from those guys. Don't' get me wrong, I've met some cool guys from there, but as a whole that place is a nuthouse/tool fest.

From what I've read in DR and seen on their Youtube posts, I have to agree with you a little, Steve. I would much prefer to be anywhere with the GFB crowd that with them. I would probably go to one, as long as it's not a "bro"-fest in the making :D :D

The DR Huckfest isn't bad. The crowd at the jump site is big but you don't have to be in the middle of it and you don't need to camp with them. Last year the worst part was the wind... howling. It was so bad I watched from inside the car.

As bad as some of tools are on the site, the actual "events" are self policed to some extent. Its not bad.

They do a good job of setting up and keeping the crowd in line. I have no complaints about the way it way it's handled.

I'm game for a mid July Pismo trip Rick. Stacey and I may drive over for the day Friday or Saturday as well and watch the antics for the DR Huckfest....

Hey guys I'm new to the site as far as personal note goes. I used to work for Rugged radios. I have been one of the guys that have been "self policing" the huckfest since we started it 3 years ago. I would like to invite you all to come out and enjoy the fun.
