Should we start figuring out who's bringing what for the dinner potluck?

I'm bringing tri-tips and pork loins again. Could use an extra grill if some one can help out there.

Who else is coming? We need some Broncos out there come on guys.

Weather looks good. Highs in mid sixties. Awesome. http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/USCA0872

Rick, we should have a grill with us, same one we had at Laughlin. How about we supply beans and bread? We can bring some hot dogs and buns, the kids are just fine with those. I think we are bringing the trailer and shooting to be there some time Friday night. I am hoping the creek level is lower than the floor level on the trailer, it was on President's day weekend.

Don, I was going to make beans for dinner and for breakfast burritos in the morning, but I can just make a small batch for breakfast if you guys want to supply beans dinner. Let me know.

I'm making Chorizo and egg and steak and egg burritos Sunday morning.

Dinner:

Philo: 1
Chasetruck: 2?
SteveG: 4
Rick: 7
Yikes: 5
Wood: 1
silverslk: 2
Moss: 6

28 for dinner so far

We can do it either way, assign us something else to bring, we need to do our part since we are bringing like 1/3 of the crowd and basically just showed up at the last one. That breakfast was worth the trip alone last time.

Ollie is Superdad. I heard he doesn't even need assistant coaches! No worries. Next time!

Don, I'll let you know about the beans tonight.

Dang so much for our founders. Geez just think if Goerge Washington and Ben Franklin had bailed out on meeting to sign the Declareation of Independence where would our country be today. Some leadership.

My friend John and his wife are out. His 7.3 Powerstroke is giving him fits and can't come. My friend Bob gets back today from his trip to Thailand I'll confirm with him.

Where's Will? Are you coming?

How about Parish? I haven't seen him on here for a while.

George Washington did not sign the Declaration of Independence. He was in the field commanding the fledgling Colonial Army.

I don't know if you can prepay at the booth or not. If you can't prepay (and they have spaces which shouldn't be a problem), I would just camp then be at the booth early in the morning to pay.

Don, I'll take care of beans. If you guys want to bring 3 packs of chopped, cooked and drained bacon, that would be helpful. That way I can just toss it into the beans Saturday afternoon. Bread sounds good, too.

Meat, beans and bread are covered for dinner.

Anyone else interested in bringing something can bring whatever they think will go with the above. We could probably use something for desert.

We could also use some paper plates and a few rolls of paper towels. I have plenty of plastic utensils on the trailer.

I'll need to use Rick's camping stove again. One more would be nice to have for breakfast prep.

I'm also bringing two large folding tables.

Rick, I'll wait to hear from you to update the dinner count.

The stove will help. I still have a huge box of utensils from past trips... no need to buy more.

Rick: Meat!
Steve: Beans, utensils
Yikes: Plates, paper towels
Don: Bread, Bacon for beans?

We could use:

Styrofoam cups for beans
Desert?
Salad?
other side-dishes?

If there's anything particular something wants to bring, ain't no one gonna complain!
