So it's about time I get this party started, it's been roughly 3 years since I pick up this bronco for $ 800 bucks off Craigslist. She was basically bone stock 5.8 automatic, with a few issues. Front brakes were leaking on both sides, didn't have a battery, and both driver side and passenger side windows would stick on their way up and down. Image

Fast-forward one year after the picture on the trailer and I was able to drop it off at Richer racing to get all suspension work dialed in. I've known Johnny a long time and he's continued to put a quality work. Lately him in his mid guys have caught the bronco bug. They have done a few and are continuing to do more.

During my bronco saga I've met a ton of great people along the way. This form alone has been the backbone to my classified purchases along with new friendships and adventures. Image

My new headlight guy Tony.

Just some more pictures to get the build caught up to current. ImageImage

Those of the first days that she was back in my possession after all suspension, steering, bumpers, exhaust were completed. Next she needed a name and a roof rack for all my Baja adventures.

One of the many things I picked up from Taylor "Nubreed" were shorter solo motorsports Lugnuts. At the time my bronco is completed all they had in stock or the "mad Max"Image long Lugnuts.

I those are my long ones and these are my zinc plated gold Lugnuts lol Image

There are many changes coming in the future obviously a cage and safety for my children is priority, hopefully in the next year. But I have everything I need now for the Saginaw power steering upgrade.I'll incorporate ram assist at the same time I do that. As we speak I'm pulling my transmission and replacing it with one I picked up from Brandon Hollander, just another E4 OD but should do the trick. I'm going to go ahead and rebuild the transfer case while all these parts are laying on the ground and should be ready for king of the hammers with the bronco guys.

I have roughly 650 dirt miles this winter both here and in Baja. Looking forward to my future journeys and I'm learning a lot along the way.

That's actually been my biggest hurdle, when I'm loaded down for Mexico the shocks were great when I've got nothing back there it's like a pogo stick. I actually think I've talk to you before are you friends with Willy?

I've skipped thru a bunch of hurdles and personal achievements along the way. Not to mention having 2 kids, buying a house and a wedding in June.

Couple more pics Image

On my surf/camping trips I've realized that the 2g to 3G alternator upgrade is a must. Trying to make coffee and run other camping accessories this upgrade is a must. So I bought a 130 am along with some new wiring.
