Thanks guys ! Yea I really look forward to jumpchamps, it’s a great time. Camp and chill with bronco buddies and their families really makes for a good time. And this year they didn’t start us 30 seconds apart so it really made for some excitement, something about a bronco in your rearview mirror and in front of you get your heart pumping. Image

The next event is in December, hopefully I can convince some more Broncos to race. Most we had was 11.

So I removed my passenger side hub only to find out that I stripped the 2 Allen’s that hold my drive plate on. ImageImageImage

I’m thinking helicoil, probably spelling that wrong lol. Since everything is apart I’m doing new bearing both sides. My new shackles are ready and the new HD 64’s leafs are up at Richer racing for me to pick up. Should be back together this week.

I will probably hold onto them for a few months to confirm that I’m happy with the new pack. But then FOR SALE lol

I’ve never had a set of the giant leafs but from what I can tell they’re thicker than my original Deavers. Image

Making progress !! I’m good for about 2.5 hrs per week with the kiddos absorbing most my time. Had to do a little axle adjustment with a block of wood and my 5lb sledge. Image

Image

I’ve got both sides reinstalled and gonna drain remaining old fluid tomorrow. From what I can tell these new HD leafs are gonna raise my ride height a little.

After sledge hammer

New ride height is about 2” higher as of now. I don’t have my spare in the rear so I’m excited for the stance loaded down. Image
