If you haven't already, you should upgrade your injectors to the 4 port 5.0 Explorer injectors.

Interesting ! I didn’t do that, they are new 19lb 4 hole. Why explorer injectors ?

ImageImage. Check it off my to do list for the #dirtpony300 one item at a time. Got the tube clamps installed on my engine cage last night just before trick-or-treaters came storming at my driveway. Friday morning cannot come fast enough

I’ve been told that there will be a few water crossings on my trip coming up this weekend. Does anybody have an answer on waterproofing your distributor? Possibly silicone ?

The 86-92 5.0 mustangs had a great cover that went over the cap and rotor.

The dirt pony 300 is in the books, the BAJANCO ran like a champion. Only a few electrical connections coming loose through all the washboard sections. Then quarter inch flare cracked on my brakes forcing us to pinch the line and have front brakes only for the remainder of the trip. I will now carry a flaring tool for brakes and a few 3n caps and couplings in my boxes. Such a great time and really cool to hang out with so many bronco owners who share the same joys and struggles of owning a Bronco.

These are Bronco windows, I’m looking for the felted track and seal for the slider window. I’ve been told that Aerostar vans from the early 90’s have the parts I’m looking for.

Some unicorn help.... links below

80-82 was the year range..... just like the 3 bolt front thirds hah

come get the truck rear window with sliding windows I have, maybe the felt from that window will work? I did not think of that when you came by?

it would be a good starting point at least. The K5 had sliding windows as well we can look at those parts.

So picked up a few little upgrades for my Christmas gifts. Image
I scored on this set up, ended up being the blue tooth set up. Can’t wait o play with these this weekend. Mounted up nice in the the console Image

Also added the high output USB for the leadnav battery killer. Ordered up a new sending unit and all the bells and whistles for the tank from bronco graveyard. Image

Then last but not least I dropped the hammer and ordered me a solo cage/body mount kit on cyber Monday. After a looking thru a few Broncos on the Dirtpony300 trip I was convinced this was the best bang for my buck. So now with head sets I can hear my kids when they have to pee and we are gonna be just a little more. Image

Puddles for days LoL

Intercom setup looks clean. Where did you get the high output usb and does the quality seem halfway decent? The one I have is a little cheap looking for a better one.

Your Bronco is looking awesome!
