Hey Travis, yeah definitely some updates to the Bronco. I ended up selling all my fiberglass: fenders, hood and bedsides. In my infinite wisdom this was supposed to make me order all the new stuff and get the body work done as that was one of my highest priorities. Well it sat looking super ugly with nothing on it all summer and then when I wanted to take it out I had to run it like that. Not that big of a deal, just stupid on my part. So I decided to shift priorities after a few runs to plaster city in October, a little and more power from the sad tired 5.0 that was in it became my main focus. I ended up making a deal with Brandon Hollander to buy the 351 out of his bronco. What started out as just the base motor ended up turning into me purchasing it filter to pan along with the stand alone harness and tune had had for it. On top of that I had Brandon pull my old motor and put this new one in. Huge thanks to Brandon and the GFB friends that helped get it done. I'll get some pics up soon.

While Brandon had my bronco and was buttoning things up I got my front clip from Fiberwerx. Brandon was nice enough to swing by and pick it up for me and got it on, along with the bad ass lights from Tony. In addition to the motor and some other little goodies I bought a set of wheels and tires off Brandon. The day I picked it up from him we loaded up and went straight to Plaster City for New Years.

After picking up the bronco from Brandon and heading to Plaster City we had an awesome 4 days out there. Put about 230 Offroad miles on the bronco and it ran perfect. I could not be happier with the new motor and everything else that Brandon did for me. Can't believe I waited this long for the upgrade. I had a great experience dealing with Brandon, will definitely have my bronco back up to him for some updates in the near future. The bronco looks good from far but is far from good so this is the only pic I saved all weekend.

I am beyond stoked that you are happy John. It came down to the wire literally lol. But with picture messaging and text it worked out and we were able to tap into the factory harness and make her run happy. Big thanks to Travis with helping to wrap it up as well. Thank you for the opportunity and we look forward to the evolution of your bronco. Now if I just had time to get mine wrapped up for some plastercity trips.

Well the fun of the new motor lasted all of one weekend. Doing a full rebuild on the C6. Tranny had been having minor issues the past few trips, wasn't pickup up 3rd properly, and reverse.

Posted that prematurely. Was going to add that I had a tranny rebuild on my list of things to do, but was hoping it would come after I got the bedsides on and body work done. I hate throwing more money at the bronco without it looking any better, but stuff happens. Should be out in Plaster City sunday testing out the new tranny.

Got 100 offroad miles on the new tranny, everything seems to be working perfect. Other than a flat on the run back the trip from plaster city to ocotillo wells was great. Bedsides coming soon!!!

One much needed item was bump stops up front. We did a 2.0 4" stroke and took them down to 2.2" stroke. Travis did all the work on these, and we did a fun little run around the desert testing them out. Totally happy with the bronco suspension, at least for now....

Been waiting for this day for a while. New Hollander bedsides from Fiberwerx are on. Could not be happier with how these look and fit. Got the front end put back together again, new set of lights from Tony and a bunch of other little things all thanks to Travis Asch for his work on this. I'll put some miles on it this weekend in the desert and then off to paint and bodywork. Considering this blue wrap from 3M, not quite the raptor blue I was hoping for but it's growing on me.

I didn't make the time to do the body work like I should have, but decided I just couldn't wait any longer to get the wrap done. After the wiring and interior are done I'll do the body work and maybe switch up the wrap color. For now it's a huge improvement.

I'm not usually a fan of the one piece front end, but that looks great!

After finally getting the bronco looking good went and did this. Keeping the back half frame rails just to set the links and get thinks mocked up then they will be out. Some big changes coming.

Vik Dok working on the 14" stretch, can't wait to see what he does with this thing. With the front end pushed forward like it is, the wheelbase is exactly where I wanted it at 121"

A few of the big parts for the link setup. Huge thanks to Willie (funinthesun95) for helping me source a lot of parts and letting me bug the crap out of you with all my questions, Brandon Hollander finding me a deal on the rear end, and to Kellan at Envy for getting me the big shocks when everywhere else was talking 10+weeks.
