Cho is making quick work of the front end up at Richer.

I’m still on the fence about it, I think it looks awesome but I still like the classic bronco look, not sure I am ready to give that up.

It does seem like there was fairly positive feedback on the rendering though so maybe we will do it, give me a few months and I’ll let you know.

I love the classic look as well, but I think it just brings our builds into the 21st century and looks amazing doing so. My wife and I were drooling all over my phone at that rendering. I'll be the guinea pig if you don't want to! Who do i talk to?

More updates on the new beams and front end. Running the 40s required new filter setup, which will require a full session on the dyno. Getting very close.

While the bronco was at Richer I had them throw on a new bedside mount setup so that I could keep the taillights in with bedsides off for easy cleaning and we will also use the front bedside mount for trans coolers. Exhaust will be re-routed to exit down below and likely thermal wrap of some kind to keep heat away from the coolers. Trying to plan ahead for once.

And the 40s are on with tough trim of the glass. This trim was just to remove what was needed to clear st full bump, we will go back through and make a cleaner radius for now and run it then see what happens with the new front clip either redo this one or do the gen2 raptor conversion.

Those beams!! Bronco is going to look right on 40's. Can't wait to see that thing pounding some whoops. I think Zoo Rd video is obligatory.

Posted the wrong picture last night. Meant to put this up. Filters with plenty of tire clearance now. Off to dyno tomorrow.

Thabks! I’m pretty excited to see the difference 40s make! Can’t promise zoo rd. this year maybe next, but I will head west of the drywall plant at plaster city where the big boys run and get some video there!

Random question, are you running the stock steering box? Hydro assist?

It’s a stock box ported for the ram. Hollander can elaborate, he got me the whole ram setup that I have and has a newer variation available now. What I have works great.

Cho’s fab work is done, 40s are on, getting steel-it on everything and then plumbing and final assembly. Should be ready to go back together after a change to one header tube that Vik is knocking out.

Finally made it to dyno and we are all set with the dual intake and no MAF sensor. Put down 393hp, still waiting to confirm tq once I see the final dyno sheet.

Beams looks awesome done.
