Started building this 92 a couple of months ago, the owner does not want to cut any corners and wants a fully built bronco utilizing the best parts. The motor ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImagewill remain stock until the truck is fully completed, then he will be dropping in a built LS or stroker Sbf. This truck will be fully caged and back halfed using 4130 tubing, 70+ gallon custom fuel cell, 4.0 Blitzkrieg rear end, 3.25 rear hubs, 6 piston brakes on every corner, 4 linked with sway bar, 3.5 rear bypasses, 3.5 internal bypass front coil overs, running my one piece 4.5 extended beams and steering, howe ram assist and box, t/c pump, blitzkrieg fabricated knuckles, full tube core support, cbr radiator and coolers, prp seats, 37" tires, autofab glass front and rear, I will post pics as progress continues, enjoy!

As usual it appears more great work from you guys. We hope to rehab the front of Jim & Paige's Bronco next Summer with new beams, fabricated knuckles, RCV axles, big discs and King 3.5" IBP. That ought to lighten our bank account some.

The beams are indeed a thing of beauty and no doubt very bulletproof. With all of the wazoo work and associated parts, what do you do with the ball joint ears to strengthen what appears to be the only OE remainder of this setup?

Thanks for the kind words guys, i will make sure to keep the thread updated with pics. As of now i reinforce the stock lower ball joint ear with plate. I do have billet ball joint ears in the work, not a huge increase in strength but will definitely be a little more bling.

Im curious, why the owner doesn't want to stretch it.

Cause it is a huge amount of work and a stock body wheelbase works great.

True...but
I hear lots of bitching about the wheelbase being too short.. blah blah.. Etc Etc
Im not sure if the owner cares about the process of stretching if he's not doing the work.

My opinion is if he's having all that work done he might as well stretch it now then wish he had later.

this truck is gaining 4" of wheel base. stretching the cab or shell is not going to happen, that is a huge can of worms that we can't justify doing. this truck will work amazing with the suspension setup it will have, plus we get to keep the beautiful lookof a proportionate bronco with autofab glass.

So I take it you're going to push front forward 2" and the rear back 2"?

Cho, what's the owner doing with the interior panels? I would love them for the rear cargo panels, and the B pillar if he is planning on dumping them.
