Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
We are held up, waiting on billet ends for the beams and the shocks...
In the meantime, I asked CHO to come up with a mount for my Rotopax fuel cans...
It is all bolt on so I won't look like all the JK guys (No offense brother Rob!!!) running around urban environs with my aux fuel on display haha

Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Thanks Ryan- stoked to finally get things moving again!
I did score a new set of tires- but not the ones pictured.
PaulW was kind enough to part with some BFG Bajas he had stashed in his shop.
All 5 of the 35 x12.50 x 15 Bajas have stickers on them and have never been mounted. Time capsule stuff!
Hope to have them on the Alcoa beadlocks by the time the truck is ready to leave Richer.
Need to convert my spare to beadlock- have used OMF in the past. Any other options in the SD area anyone is aware of?

Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Champion is the other one doing beadlocks that I remember, but don't remember where they are located. A quick google search will find something I'm sure.

Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Thanks Steve, Had heard Champion was only converting wheels for the drag guys (liability concerns maybe?)
i'll give them a call to be sure.
Getting an idea what 2" over looks like with the 1" bulge Autofab fenders at bump.
I like it.....

Yo T!
Good eye- the tire will contact as is.
CHO and I discussed my willingness to clearance the fender so we could get the beams as far forward as possible.
Even as is, a 37 will contact the firewall when bumped at full lock, so it was necessary.
He has trimmed the front glass in the last few builds he has done so I have confidence it will look proper....
Had a chance to drop by today and check out the progress on the engine cage:
