The beams were already built. There is a ton of time that goes into the plate work on these beams.

Looks good Brandon.
That's the way I am doing my beams and radius arms.

Over the last week we have been busy on the bronco. We made some changes and everything has worked out great. On Saturday I drove it to Temecula Off-road nights to display. I could not believe the interest that there was in the Bronco. People would walk past John Vance's work of art TSCO TT, Stewert's old prerunner that Knuckle's now owns and has for sale and my good buddy Bink's 2015 binkboost to check out the bronco. After talking to a few buddies up there with booths I think we have come to the realization that it is because people can connect with a Bronco and see it as a very obtainable off-road vehicle. After all you can get through the classifieds and buy a decent stocker for less than $5k. From that aspect it was awesome. I also got to meet a lot of GFB guys and some of their families which was very cool to put names with faces even though I am terrible with names. But many of you I have have lengthy conversations on the phone regarding parts or ideas and it was cool to meet you guys. There are a ton of people looking to build or in the process of building broncos and I am excited to see some of these get completed. Enough about the show now the exciting part the new CHO beams and our big brake set up. This package went together seamlessly. We were very happy and once again it was a pleasure doing business with Richer Racing, Jonny, CHO, Mike, and Isaac. This team is great to work with and we nailed the deadline. I put the knuckles together and on the vehicle because I wanted to make sure there were no issues that needed to be addressed. I am very hands on with these builds as many do not realize because I want to know if there is an issue that drives a design change. There were no changes needed. The pockets in the back of the knuckles for lower ball joint ear were perfect so you do not have to cut or grind the beam end and the new off set hat to buy more clearance on the inside of the rim for caliper clearance did just that. All and all I was like a kid on Christmas Friday afternoon driving the bronco around. Enough typing here are some pics

So after playing around I think this will be the wrap style we go with. Although I just found out that a family member was diagnosed with breast cancer so we may wrap pink for expo and the rest of the month of October. Then go with the blue and charcoal.

If we do the pink I want to do something special for expo maybe sign bedsides and donate or hood or both so they could be raffled off for a Save the TATAs charity.

I use this bronco and would like to make it decal less for the future. Unless a certain company wants to display it. With that said I do not want anything flashy I want it to draw less attention and blue has always been my race color and I want blue on the bronco. I will do Norra in it next year and probably sell it shortly after if my new project is done at that time so I want something pretty neutral.
