So far its been running great I have about 3-4 hours on it now. But I broke a few teeth off the flex plate so I am trying to fix that tonight. I think Josh is going to save me again on quick parts.

Also I found it is way happier with 100 octane which was not planned at $9 gal. but oh well. She will just have to become a trailer queen.

So its been a little while since I have updated but many people know already. I popped my 408w. After some investigation we found that a motor that was sold to me with "10 to 1" possibly 10.5 to 1 compression was actually closer to 12.5 to 1 compression. With that said naturally 100 octane was not enough so boom went the motor and back to the drawing board we went. New motor should be done this friday and we built it with 9.5 to 1 compression so PEMEX will be no issue. Plan is to run new motor with Carb because I already have a nice built pre tuned carb for the motor. Soon as new motor is in the bronco will go straight to the dyno for a tune. Plan for Bronco is to use to prerun my section at the Baja 1000 this year with a for sale sign and then sell it unless someone has to have before the 1000 in which case it will be gone so I can focus on new project and finishing the F-150.

Got the new heart in. We went super low compression and now the bronco has a carb. No more efi for now. Also upgrading to a 70gal fuel cell hopefully before the baja 1000 prerun.

Aside from an oil leak testing went great. The bronco works great in most of the stuff but the big holes eat the front end. I am debating selling and building new one in house or upgrading shock package on this bronco. I have not had the bronco in the dirt since Oct 2016 and we have made some big change to vehicle like 70gal fuel cell, 408w, carb, and BFGs on the KMC Machetes. As usual I owe a huge thank you to the guys at the shop, and several friends for helping to get me motivated through some frustrating times. I almost traded it for a raptor 6 months ago I was so pissed when I paid top dollar for a 408w that was supposedly fresh and it melted down 4 miles into my drive home. We had to have bored and do a bunch of work basically started over but now she runs great.

Well this Bronco now has a new owner. Horse traded it to one of my best friends/past race partner. Ironed out the deal after working on it for 3-4 months and glad to see it going to a friend. I highly doubt he will ever pop up on here cause he is not a computer guy.
