So, after getting the bar made at Pirate, I headed home and after a Birthday dinner with my wife and son I hit the garage. Wired up the lights (with remote control relays Tony hooked me up with) and cut out the grill (I bought that afternoon) to clear the lights and headed out to the desert with some friends. I was out there until about 1:30am. The grill is a rough cut and from up close looks like ass but I already have a replacement for try #2. What do you guys think?

And here is a side profile of the lights. They are DEEP but you can't tell by the pics.

Thanks Scott but you don't have any idea how long I sit on this stuff before using it. I picked up the lights in November after the 1000 and the glass fenders had been up in the garage since the first month I bought my truck. I have a set of C&T beams, radius arms, coils and shocks for the front on the floor of the garage for about 3 or 4 months now. I sit so long because I can't afford to do much at a time, its all "eating the elephant one bite at a time" as my old boss used to say.

Don't feel like the lone ranger Andy, my stuff has been collecting cob webs for about a year now.

2 years????

My 35 spline floater has been sitting here for 5+ years.

Heck - 1/2 the stuff that is going on the supercab has been sitting around for at LEAST 2 years. Of course I bought most of it for the ranger which has been sitting for 7 years so...

time for a late update. I got my bumper finished (skid on). I think I will trim the lower portion of the skid angled a bit when I feel moivated. Mike at Patriot fab works (new guy on here) did all the work. I LOVE IT!!! I need one more grill to trim up for the lights. I lve having the lights removable. Keeps the truck cleaner looking for around town and keeps them safe here in So. Cal. haha

Yes, Warn hubs. While apart the guy I was helping with the install noticed the passenger side was missing a spring thing and wasn't engaging. He has "trail spares" and now I owe him a set.

The guy who helped me put everything on (more like I helped him) is crew chief for that car. It's in his garage for race prep. They race from SoCal to Idaho.

Haha, I just noticed you had to let the air out of the tires to get it in the garage.
