Bassani raw steel for my coating TBD. We have their y-pipe as well, and I think we're going to have RPM in Oceanside put it all together with new muffler out the back. I like the side exit many of the Broncos use, but the links are a bit of a problem with inboard exhaust. I think Richard is pretty crafty so we'll see what kinds of ideas he has.

You can cut the sheet metal where everyone has there under the bed shock tower to route the pipe over the frame and side exit. Should be plenty of space there for a 3, heck even a 4 inch pipe. Should be well above the links.

I think you are going to be very happy with the Bassani setup, especially with the Y Pipe... Cant wait to see/hear it! KOH is less than two months away!

That interferes with upper links on most linked broncos. We actually had to notch that for my upper links to clear at full bump in the rear. Richard (RPM) is a good choice he built fender well header and side exit exhaust for mine and could not be happier with his quality. He has done a few vehicles for me this year with complete custom headers and exhaust complete stainless units and he has been on time and in most cases under budget from the original quote.

Richard is the man. Not to cool for the low budget guys like me but is the best in business for high end as well.

If Richard's work is as good as his communication I have no doubt about RPM's success. They actually answer the phone and email and everything.....just like a real business. I'm looking forward to doing business with them.

Cool. Are they trying to coat both inside & out, or just the outside? Did they give you a quote on price for the coating yet? If so, do you mind sharing?

They only coat the outside for $350. I think the shipping both ways is going to net me right about $500 all in.

Last night I was eating a few cookies but didn't finish them. This morning they were gone and I found this in their place.

Of course I'm biased David.....in my book Paige is the best. Thanking the Man above as well as my lucky stars most every day for her, and never lose sight of how fortunate I am to have a wife that wants to GF in the B as much as I do.
