2nd alignment today
Feels better in turns
Think to much on right camber as it pulls a little to left
Less squirly in straight line
Perhaps 1.4 on right ?
Looks Bette when parked too.

Roof rack installed.
Pondered over the best rack, system or custom, or both, thought about this almost more than the suspension!
Geez.
Went with a Thule rail system that's made for mounting to fiberglass tops( though they don't list a 1996 bronco on the fit list). Plan is to mount a roof top tent and be able to carry some boards, and sups up there too.

Rear swing tire carrier/bumper lights are wired and working! Nice.

New rear drive shaft with longer spline slip and 1350 is ready for install.

I just looked at the alignment specs. It would drive better with a little positive camber in both sides. And it would wear the tires better, too.

Thanks for commenting on the alignment.
It still doesn't seem like it's driving correctly
(that could also just be how a ttb drives with 18" of travel!).
B4 the last alignment the top of the tires appeared to lean out vs the bottom.
Now the appear to lean "in" a little too much.
My thots are to wait until all the heavy fab parts are on and load it up then see how she sits..?
Your thots?

New drive shaft has solved the vibration under power at highway speeds it over drive or third.

On sweeping left turns there is noticeable grind at highway speeds emanating from the rear. Slight grind on right hand sweepers.
What is this ????
