I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to CS_DRUMS. Without your help I dont think I would have driven my bronco home yesterday. The Winter's shifter I got for my E4OD the selector shaft is not machined correctly. No instructions in the package about it at all. It was a mystery as to why my truck was in limp mode and not shifting correctly. After reading your thread and doing what you did to fix the issue, I got to drive my truck home.

Next on my list is to get more power. I have the 302 that i would like to pull out and throw a cam in it, something else for power, and replace all of the gaskets. Any suggestions as to where to take it and what to get would be great

I would say ditch the 302 and put in a 351w.

Even with a 351 its not that big of a power difference for a motor swap. If im going to swap the motor I would put an LS but I cant at the moment. Looking for something economical and reliable for the time being.

I noticed that my bedsides that I bough seem to be different widths. It's about 2"-4" difference. Anyone ever had this issue? I bought them brand new from Fiberwerx. The passenger side clears the tire, but the drivers side doesn't.

Glad it worked out! I was broken hearted when I finally got the chance to drive mine and it did it to me.

As for the 302 not much to do to it bang for buck wise. Did you re-gear already? The biggest thing I noticed on my 5.8 that didn't cost much was opening up the exit of the cat from 2.25" to 3". I haven't done a cam but if you do I wouldn't use mustang build as a reference. It Apple to oranges the power your looking for. I'd call acouple cam companies and see what they suggest.

For the fiberglass it's the nature of the game unless you go to higher end glass guys like Autofab or McQueen. I re measured everything on my rear thinking my cab wasn't set on the frame straight or I hung my suspension wrong. Both on my McNeil 3" then later on 6" bedsides. Both were a little off in a couple areas. I was able to manipulate mine a little with kickers to the front and rear of the wheel opening. Pulled on one side and pushed out the other. Funny thing, After I rolled it the second pair of 6" glass lined up perfect to the original mounts without having to push or pull.

I was broken hearted too. Driving all the way to Victorville from Dana Point in hopes of driving it home and not :(
Luckily you showed me your thread and I was able to return the next day and drive it home.
I'll call around some motor shops and see what they suggest. Biggest thing is just making it stop leaking haha

I have the same problem with my glass from them as well. One side is about and 2" or maybe more wider on the top. I didn't catch it till after it was installed and I put bigger tires on.
