I really like your engine cage! I am going to start my engine cage tonight. May I ask what length limit straps you are running in the front?

Re: "project orange juice"
Well shake down went as expected. Suspension worked flawless, and even better with 4 adults. Sucked up the whoops!! Blew the spider gears friday. Welded em up friday night and blew em again friday evening while duking it out with hoon racings bronco. Which is a bad ass rig.

Re: "project orange juice"
Cool pics! Man you did a number on that rear diff huh? Was that from jumping it or did it just happen out of the blue from harder than normal use?

Re: "project orange juice"
Well tell ya the truth, she was doomed from the start. We put the rear gears In The weekend before, noticed the spiders were pretty bad and pittid. No time to find new ones and figured they'd last at least this trip. "Coming from a guy who puts at least 1k hp to the ground in his sand drag truck" well I guess they were worse then thought and pow. First good run she let go. Found a welding rig and welded em up. Then after a good run with hoon racing's bronco she came apart again. Along with my shift cable not adjusted right and being stuck in 1st and 3rd the transmission puked about a gallon or so out. So new carier and spider gears and a secondary transmission cooler are the first on the list. But hell she sucked it like a champ.

Re: "project orange juice"
Sorry to hear it. I know how you feel. One year be did the run from Ensenada up through Ojos Negros and hit the big jump outside of town and brew the stock 8.8 limited slip diff. I think we were only at mile 29 on the Baja 1000 course or close to that.
