No strip clubs on this trip. The wife was with me. Didn't even party to hard must be getting old hahahaha. And unfortunately the trip was bittersweet. I got to see the man who is like a second father to me, who taught me how to ride dirtbikes, fourwheel, etc. Basically got me into everything offroad. But instead of taking off for an adventure into the nevada desert like we would normally due, we visited him in a hospice facilitie. Within a week he went from working as a mechanic enjoying life, to being bed ridden with bone cancer.

Bummer of a trip I guess. Cancer can often act quickly unfortunately. It takes too many good people too soon that is for sure

That it was. I feel lucky that my dad is a survivor of prostate cancer.

Thanks guys. Today was especially hard, he passed last night. So looks like another trip to Henderson NV in a few weeks. Gonna hustle on the bronco this weekend and try to get tge bumps all welded in and steering done. Trying to beat the heat until I get a ac unit for the garage.

Hey thanks guys. Looks like I'll be heading down to Henderson this weekend for his celebration of life. Didn't get anything done on the bronco over the weekend, the wife had me doing home improvement projects. Today I started on the bump stops. Not sure if I like em.

I just thought of something... Take the the radius arm bolt turn it upside down and make a screw on bump pad. I could make them for you if you told me the thread and diameter of that bolt but what I just pictured in my old noggin was a piece of round stock drilled and bottom tapped the same as what's exsisting. You would still maintain the bolt and nut this would thread on above the nut on whatever remaining thread is left.

Massive is fine as long as its strong. That thing is your last line of defense defore stuff breaks so strong is good and massive is acceptable if that's what it takes to bump on something solid.
