The stock tie rods deflect alot too, put your front end in the air and move your wheel back and forth, you would be surprised how much the tie rods move

Did you delete your ABS module? The one that was located at the driver side frame rail ?

Do you have any pics of the brake lines Andrew? I want to do that but have no idea. I already removed all the wiring but the lines still run through the module.

I think there are pics of them further back in the thread, from the master the fronts go to the tranny crossmember and T off a hardline runs down the inside of the radius arm.

The only one I found was on top of the radius arm. What soft line did you use? Custom? And is the hard line double flared and then a standard inverted flare to -3 adapter? I'm new at this.

Finished up the front (for now) did big 5/8 wheel studs, limit straps, and single swing steering. All heims are 7/8 4130 FK, tie rods are 1.25" 4130 .375 wall drilled and tapped. Swinger and pitman arm tig welded 4130. Think I got all the buzz words in there! Image the truck handles soo much better with the new steering set up. The ratio is sped up a little bit, has much better ackerman and very minimal bumpsteer on the pass side. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
