96 Bronco - Project "Cheryl"
Hello All,
Here is my new 96 Bronco XLT-- equipped with a 5.8, auto, 175k, stock everything and added some 35" used tires from a friend as the ones it came with were total junk. Runs really nice, with the typical broken plastic pieces here and there. My background with the Bronco is really in the 66-77 variety and if you want anything very cool you have to fab it yourself or know that nothing ever fits well. I've already said how great it is to be able to get literally anything for it still locally via the dealer or salvage yard (where there are zillions of these around). Yikes has a build on here that is pretty inspiring and I actually have a decent amount of the higher end parts sitting on the shelf to use if I want. This eventually is going to be pretty fun
Nice to meet you all,
Matt

First Project-
This is my first ever FSB repair-- whoohoo -- fixed the radius arm bushings and put on a pair of brake pads. Got part of the front outside and bottom of the frame wire wheeled clean, sandblasted the radius arm brackets and gave the hub/rotor a wire wheeling and some paint. Drives a whole lot better-- I even put on some full race open ended lug nuts I'M COMING FOR YOU YIKES-- YEA I'M COMING FOR YOU MAN!!!!! J/k-- everyone needs inspiration!

Thanks! Tony.. I just realized why you and a few others do the clean behind the grill/ lights treatment-- because literally in 3 minutes the grill is out!
