I agree on air bumps but also the coil overs would keep it from rubbin to bad. But overall I have seen a lot worse rubbing.

Poser Pics. Its funny how kind of bad the FSB will articulate compared to the Early Bronco but its all good! Picked up a pair of black/clear headlights off of craigslist for $40-one of those found a local guy who had a pair and I wasn't really looking for them. Got them installed and man these are pieces of shit :-) Its the adjusters that just seem to be really loose-- and when you get them all tight against the header panel they want to pop off the adjusters. They look cool but thats about it. Just another day closer to calling Tony and asking for forgiveness for my infidelity.. lololol!!!!!

well I just got my J40 rear leafs installed-- looks like my truck is getting a prostate exam!! LOL!!! The hanger drop was taken out and the shackles are just stock length. Anyone know how in the hell I can get this dropped down at least a solid 1.5"s. A shackle can drop it 3/4". In the back is a full size 35" spare fyi.

The iphone camera is just terrible-- the rake is way worse in person. How long and hard do I need to hammer on these new springs before they sag some?

10/4 on the shackle-- the shims are aftermarket solid steel ones and are really thin and not the fat stockers,,,,,

Hello all,
Any thoughts on running the red Grabber letters out? I had a friend have them out on and specified the black walls out -- Big O will swap them around -- a Any thoughts on a white FSB with gray accents and red label tires??

Robert,
You are probably right about the Deavers. It's just aggravating that from Deaver they don't have an application that is more for a 3 1/2" lift because the J40's are a 5" per Deaver. At some point I would just have them de-arched to a 3" for front coilovers. I think that most of the guys on the list think the J40's are a different height than they actually are.

Have you loaded your truck with all the stuff you'd be carrying? A full tank of gas and a couple hundred pounds of stuff will make a big difference.

His Bronco is noticably higher in the rear than mine for sure. We met up out in the dez awhile back. He had his rear seat and a spare in the back for sure, i dont remember if he had gear in it though.
