The pass side tube is 2.25" for about the first 6" then goes to 2.5". The drivers side is 2.5" right off the manifold and is 2.5 inches after the y. We sell them at work for about $260 bucks. it also comes with a high flow cat converter. We don't get tested here in Oregon so I left it out! The magnaflow number is 93312. it works for 88-90 bronco with a 351, but fits 87-95 f-150. don't know why it won't fit the 91-95 bronco but they say it won't.

Has anyone heard of anyone running these on a 91-96? Dont see why it wouldnt work, wouldnt mind snagging one for my 96.

I don't understand why it wouldn't work on the 91-95. But the application guide cuts off Bronco at 1990. F-150 is listed through 95. The o2 sensor is pre-cat on the older ones and post cat on the 96. I'm guessing that's why it won't work. They do make a y-pipe for the 96 with a 302, but it has the front cat incorporated into it. This y-pipe I put on my Bronco is sold as a "direct fit cat converter". I just "forgot" to mount the cat. ;)

Don't get me started on that rant. there is a reason all my "new" projects are '75 or older.

So my front seat bracket has been cracked for a while. It finally broke, so I had to pull the seat out this weekend and weld it back together. It was at that time I realized that the floor pan was all cracked and the wel nut was broken loose. So after welding all that back together, the seat is way more solid!

Keep an eye on it from here on out. Body sheet metal likes to re-crack around the welds.

Yeah I'll have to keep an eye on it. If it happens again I'll have to figure something else out for it. In the mean time, I'll enjoy it while it lasts! :)

That is common on the drivers side floor mounts. I have welded them up and a year or 2 later was cracking again. I ended up plating over the 4 mounting holes after re welding it. 5-6 years later and no more issues since. Now that I have MasterCraft seats my mounts are on the cage tubing.

So it seems that the funds aren't coming for my bumper materials as soon as I'd like. My wife said something about "paying bills" and "being responsible" and "Christmas presents for the kid". When will she get her priorities straight. Well I couldn't wait any longer to mount my second led bar.

Be careful, that lower light bar looks like it could get smashed.

If I ever get some LED bars for the front I want to recess them in the front edge of the hood like Chris Wilson and Glen at Complete Fab did on their Race Bronco.

The sleeper f150 build thread shows a cool smash/theft solution too. I'd make them hard to remove but I'm a paranoid guy that's why I stick to my black ring Hellas lol. I'm still waiting for the prices to come down. Someday...

Ya, I have no plans anytime soon to replace my 9 Hella HID's, 4 on front bumper and 5 on upper light bar. I might get a LED's for the reverse lights on the Bronco Like I just put on the F350

Here's what I was talking about.maybe you could find a cheap bumper with the holes or get the trim kit and cut a hole? Just an anti theft anti smash idea anyway.

I can see that being theft resistant. I can imagine you would loose some light output though.
