How long are those dirt logics and how do you like them. Why did you go with them? What kind of bypasses are those.

Wow Kris, you've done a lot of work, in a very short period of time. The truck looks great!

I went with them because I made them myself. Not something you can buy. All bypasses, coilovers and air bumps are fabtech dirt logic.

Must be an FT82002 from a Jeep crawler kit. Only dirt logic we make that would be even remotely long enough and at that it has less than 10" of travel. Valving would be terrible too.

I saw you going down main at Ridgecrest before the racing began, your Bronco was smoother and faster than 90% of the race vehicles. I tried to jump in my Bronco and chase you down so I could say hello but you disappeared.

Thanks, im happy with it. It definitly doesnt work as good with 5 in it and full of beer and gear like I preran yesterday but its a kick in the pants regardless. Its cool what 14-15" of wheel travel will do for you.

399 miles yesterday, 40.5 gallons of gas.

In the dirt, I hope.

By the way, the cooler is $25 from my local yard. I think it's a $10-$15 part.

Thats round trip to race and a prerun lap. Now that I have some miles I have accepted that I can count on 10 mpg everywhere except sand. Everything that can be replaced has been replaced outside of swapping in a new long block. I even put a new air filter in everytime I bring it home from a dirt trip.

To four corners(99 miles/8 gallons) it got 12.375 mpg cruising at 65. I topped off there and went to race, preran, came home and then filled up at Angel stadium today for 32.5 gallons for 300 miles. I was coming home at 4am from race at 85-90 down 395 which did me in the most I imagine.

Nothing major done...had smithracewire.com clean up all my wiring and wire up some new accesories(trans gage, GPS, go pro, collision light, rear cargo power port) and rewire some stuff (radio, sirius, lights, plate light) so it wasnt my shitty electrical work.

Here are some pics of dickin around in big bear...nothing too exciting.

400 degrees... Nice!

I asked my boss to put in a lift at our car wash area (garden hose style) but he didn't go for it. A forklift would be almost as good!

I picked up some parts the last couple weeks...cone hubs, chromoly heat treated housing, tubes and snouts, wilwood calipers, wilwood rotors, strange nodular case, daytona pinion support, detroit, and the list goes on...I need to weld up the parts I had lasered for the perches and skid plate, weld in the snouts and have it straightened. Should be a solid unit that will last lots of miles.

Hopefully have cage done before the years up.
