Hey Guys -

I'm almost to the point where I think I should start a slow build thread. I unfortunately don't have the fab skills or budget to put together a super sick gnar gnar Go Fast Bronco, but Stock Sucks...

I'm still gathering knowledge and parts at this point so please feel free and jump in and tell me if I'm about to screw something up.
Plans are 35s, 4"ish of lift, either 4.56s/4.88s, manual hub conversion up front, Detroit or TrueTrac rear, possible 9", early d44 from center section...

Gathered so far...all "previously owned" parts
Deaver F53s (will trade for J40s)
Deaver F64c Coils (Brand New! SCORE)
King 2.5" 10" Travel Piggy Back Shocks
Camburg Coil Buckets
Camburg Bushed Radius Arm Mounts

Installed Parts so far
3" Stainless Tailpipe and 3" Hooker Aerochamber muffler
Scat Procar Elite Grey Vinyl Seats
32" BFG All Terrains
Tinted Windows

My use of the truck will be as a daily driver for a while, and with my budgetary limitations it will be mild compared to what you guys are running, but will be a fun full size none the less

You can't really worry about what other guys have done to their rides. You do what works for you, and your budget.

I agree Nick, but doesn't mean I'm not jealous of the sweet parts lists... ;-)

Jealous

Black broncos are so clean.

D1cker1 - this one is deceiving....it's a 12-15 footer, has typical scratches and the typical black bronco oxidation in parts...few dings, dent in the rear qtr from the spare tire carrier being flung open and a fun one on the driver side roof near the windshield...

But I bought it with less than 100k, with 1 owner history and every receipt since new including the window sticker...

Nice looking bronco. And like nick said.......do what you want for what you want to use it for! Looking forward to what you come up with.

I think so....but I will probably start out with the stock shackles unless a pair pops up for the right price.
