It'll get an upgraded alt and all that when I finish the wiring, right now I am trying to focus on mechanical and the little fab stuff it might need, hoping to get back to it next weekend now that the big move is almost over.

Here is a pic of it in the garage now that I am somewhat organized at the new house.

Finally put the twin stick kit on the 205, JB fab did a nice job especially considering it had to be made for this truck. We'll see how it looks in the truck hopefully soon.ImageImageImage

Got the t-case back in same night, one of the boys who lives close dropped what he was doing to help me put it back in which was rad and took all of 30 minutes to mount and adjust the linkages...until we decided to try and find trails between each others house at 9pm on a tuesday...anyways I think we are going to bring the shifters closer to the seat and center console for better ergonomics which shouldn't be too hard at all....for now I am ultra pleased, it's got selectable front/rear 4hi/4lo/neutral now, new shift rails, new heimed linkages, everything works...maybe one day it will actually be driving. What ceramic are you using? You're able to do it in house? Assuming you have to bake it in the oven? Or is it one of the heat from the running exhaust cures it things?
Which setup/what brand is it? And finally - have you used before and like it??

Sorry for the full blast of questions, but obviously I've got some interest here...

It's just some off the shelf spray on stuff you can buy at some automotive supply paint stores or performance shops, probably not as good as having it baked but I plan wrapping it the downpipe and pieces that are close the firewall/valve cover/hoses, etc. I am out of town but I will try to get the product info when I have time.

The same night my dog and I also managed to get sprayed by a skunk (while I was under the Bronco pulling it apart), then my other dog chased a deer off, then a bear came through the hood looking for trash...I swear there is some outside force trying to inhibit progress on this thing haha.
