Ran into this pic as I was digging through pictures for the FOTM battle on FSB. Oldie but a goodie.

5100s get hot when trying to follow Brian in the High Desert! Ha!

Ha! I like it.

Those shocks would work so much better (and not start melting as fast) if the valving was more evenly split between the fore and aft.

Your right Steve. But additionally, the rear front shock setup is at a huge disadvantage because it cycles more than the front front shock, and then on top of that its physically shorter so less oil too.

When I had dual 2.5's on the front of my Explorer, I tuned them until the shocks were close to the same temp after a hard run. They didn't have the same valving but they were both doing, roughly, the same amount of work.

Hahaha. That scratch came from Baja. Wal Mart shopping center. Lol

BFG KO2 is supposed to be tougher sidewalk, better wear and lighter overall. I am going to weigh them to validate the lighter piece.

Lighter than what? They are a couple pounds heavier than the old AT's.

I like em! I've been waiting to get a real world review on those tires, let us know how they do. I'm curious if they do better in the dirt.

This thing is beautiful, simply put. I really dig the sort of murdered out look of some of the trim pieces and the grill.

Thanks a lot jake.

Updated the LED bar thanks to Brian (jerk) for teasing me with his new bar, and thanks to Craven for the good deal. Pretty jazzed about the look.
