Little up date. I got the thing slapped together and ran it on a couple of short runs at the last race. Was able too take some big woop sections at a good pace. Then I relished my steering is way off and my motor would not spin over 4k. So I loaded up and went home discussed And pissed off. On our way home I talked too the wife And asked how she felt about sealing big red. Her response scared me I thought I was on the couch for sure. Now I'm trying too get motivated too finish her up but having a hard time doing so. That's the skinny may have some updates later we will see

I can. Been there and it sucks when you're frustrated to the point of just parting with the thing. Take a step (or 6) back from the thing & fiddle with something else for a bit. Work on the hot rod or something else for a change & your desire to come back to the bronco will be there - trust me.

I've sold a couple cars/projects once I've been frustrated with them & I've usually regretted it!

So haven't looked at or touched big red since my last post. Think I'm getting close too fondling her agin. What a fickle bitch she is.

So don't remember if I talked about how she drove after the beam winding. She rocks through the whoops but on straights I'm sawing on the wheel trying too keep her ass from swing around. Would the difference in track with front and rear cause this or is it something simple.

6 over on the front verses stock rear width

Smooth surface.

Sometimes too much rebound dampening will cause this in a short wheelbase. The tires will skip across the surface in high frequency bumps, rather than staying in contact, making it feel loose.
