My "92" Bronco Build
Made some progress. Got some parts painted this weekend slow, but moving forward. Got the rear leafs and rear brackets off. Getting ready to put the new Deavers on. The lift blocks that where on it when i bought it, where so big i couldn't get her in the garage. Hope to get to the front this weekend. Daughter has no soccer once again so i should be able to get to start on it, once I have the rear back to gether. Painted the rear bracket that houses the leaf black, and the other parts gun metal grey.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
I have made more progress this weekend. Got the front end off. Got the buckets removed, and have the frame down to bare metal. That is no fun scraping that black stuff off of the frame. Got my brackets primered going to paint them black. I need to make the rear shock mounts, then i can mount my by-passes. Hope to have the front arms on this weekend hopefully. I'll see how far I get. I'll post pictures when I get home today from work.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
Took it around the block and what a difference the rear was. It was much smoother than before. And that was with just the old shocks still on.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
Looking good and can't wait to see another widened front end bronco.
It appears the bolt thread will not contact the frame rails, but Steve might suggest reversing the bolt head end inward on the leaf/shackle.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
Well i got it all back together this weekend. i have to mess with the alinement, and fix the leaking radiator that has suddenly sprung a leak. i also have a rough idle that seems to go away after it is warm. After that i want to take her out near my house and see how it handles now. i have taken more pics as i was putting eveything back together.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
Thanks HTO.
Yea I'm getting closer to that. I,m in Wildomar at times with my daughters soccer i'll keep an eye out for you. I'm just over in Murrieta. And here is another angle. I am going to keep the stock inner fender wells for now till i'm ready to put fiberglass on.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
Definately. With glass, I'm going to have to make mine out of sheet metal. I tried working with the stock ones but its a pain. Do you have the stock radiator? I had problems with mine when I bought it.

Re: My "92" Bronco Build
Thats a good thought. They have better radiator setups too. I usually try not to buy from autozone or o'reillys but I bought a 4 core from o'reillys and it has metal reservoir ends and its lifetime. I actually screwed up and put a pin hole in it and took it back. They swapped it out with no questions.

Thats the one good thing about them is that you can take almost any thing back. I once bought a timing belt from Kragons with a life time warrenty. I'm like ok sold, I think the guy screwed up that sold it to me. He's got a radiator for 150.00.
