Started working on the plumbing. Does the pressure line look like it will be fine, or is the radius too tight? I don't have the specs on this specific tube, but I suspect it's supposed to be 3.5-4" minimum radius. I ran my last line similar without fail, but want to make sure it's right.

Nice and shiny... sure it will work, if it looks good, it has to work good right?

You're good. Minimum bend radius is 4"

The light bar is nearly a perfect fit with the old bumper and looks great. Thanks Robert!!

Got new rubbers mounted up. I think I'm getting too old to mount beadlocks. Wanted to take a nap when all finished. Haha! Next time I'll pay someone else to do it.
Image

Used washers to shim the pump. Planning to make weld-on spacers for the adapter bracket to replace them.
Image

Mounted the Howe reservoir for easy access to check the fluid level.

Finished the plumbing.

Put 200 miles on it in the last week with no issues. Totally jazzed. Steering is buttery smooth, but still a nice amount of feedback. Can move boulders now. Heading to the Eastern Sierras in a few days to give it a good workout. Can't wait!!

Hey Brian what spring rate are you running on the Coils?

246lbs single rate. They're just a bit light, but work ok as long as the nitrogen pressure stays up around 200psi.
