Re: 95 Bronco Build!
I'm thinking there's some carnage involved here. Notice the hinge assy from behind the tail light assy, I'm thinking its body stretch action. Judo chop...

Re: 95 Bronco Build!
I can't ever remember seeing a bronco tailgate without rust. It must have never been out of the garage. . .

Re: 95 Bronco Build!
That looks more than a tailgate, looks like the inner quarter panel w/out sheet metal and/or fiberglass. Maybe he is stretching it?

That is very possible
My Bronco has zero rust. Been a well taken So Cal truck all it's life.

Re: 95 Bronco Build!
Don't stretch the body if you can help it. Just move the axle back and get a fuel cell that fits somewhere. Haha easier said than done but seems like it might be the same or less work than a body stretch.

And look better than a body stretch. (I'm sorry Steve, they are ugly haha)

Re: 95 Bronco Build!
Though more work, I would split the difference between extending b-pillar, extending shell and pushing rear axle back. Like Chris Wilson did with the EB body on FS frame, keep it more proportional.
Re: 95 Bronco Build!
The truck is already cut in half (more or less) I'm not posting a ton of pics, because I don't want people to steal my ideas. I will say that I am not cutting the frame, only the body. The stretch will be in the shell like Bill Varnes truck. Instead of having the mini window, I am going to glass in a flat panel. I have never seen it done. I think it will have the B pillar stretch look, without the hassle of doing a bunch of tin work.
Things have been on hold because of my new baby, and the guy that is doing my cage work had a big project to finish up. I actually met up with him last night to go over the final details. He is bending me up the B pillar, and A pillars, I plan on doing most of the rest of the cage work. I just need some cage work in there to finalize the body mounting.
Updates coming real soon!

Re: 95 Bronco Build!
I won't steal your idea Travis... My body length is staying stock... But a good chunk of my frame is coming off for fuel cell room and because it's
in the way. Cutting big holes is the only way to go...

I'll admit it, If I like what I see, I will steal the Idea. Imitation is the best form of flattery.
