There's ONE on ebay, for the drivers side. Contemplating grabbing it just so i can compare and find out what's so different about the JBG ones.biggiek wrote:Good to know I need to redo these on mine and now I know where not to go.... but dont have any to help you out.

New Old Stock, essentially Ford parts that are no longer made or typically stocked at dealers.biggiek wrote:Nos?

Re: 1996 Eddie Bauer
On the table to install tomorrow;
Ford Racing spark plug wires
Motorcraft coil
Motorcraft distributor cap
Motorcraft distributor rotor
Autolite copper spark plugs
The truck runs pretty well as is, but I can replace it for piece of mind, and keep all the old stuff for trail spares. My guess is the plugs have never been changed, or not likely done within the last 100,000 miles at least. I’ll snap some pictures as I pull them out.

Re: 1996 Eddie Bauer
My Volant/Donaldson filter came in today. It’s HUGE.
Gross old K&N filter;
K&N vs Donaldson
Donaldson installed. It barely clears the hood, and I think the hood support spring nudges it when fully closed. This thing is truly massive.
Please excuse my disgusting brake booster. I’ll be replacing it at some point.

Re: 1996 Eddie Bauer
I need to figure out a secondary battery location and hook up some stuff so I can leave it on either a trickle charger or solar when the Bronco is parked but I want the fridge to be running.

Re: 1996 Eddie Bauer
I've been thinking between the rear framerails and behind the tank might be a good spot. The rails are approximately 6" tall, theres about 32" between them, and plenty of preexisting holes for a ground.

Could easily fit both batteries there! How exposed would you think they’ll be with Desolate’s rear bumper?dtbback wrote:I've been thinking between the rear framerails and behind the tank might be a good spot. Like as much as a hitch is "exposed" is my thought. I'd say make sure to keep the posts up towards the floor if you put them here so as to keep them a bit more protected.

this option is on the passenger side, away from the fuel line
