Looking good. Get the tires on it already! I wanna see the stance. It's gonna look really nice with the added width.

If your axels don't hang, I'm shure they will but in the event they don't take a look at dutchman's axels. There round 400$ for the pair custom made I was reading.

The only problem with sleeving the P-side like that is you have to remove more material from the beam to get it to clear. I'd keep the sleeve short and inside the beam.

I started bending my main bow in the cage same as you but changed my mind regarding assembly approach due to the height changes between the cab and the shell. It seemed harder to deal with maintaining head room and all that basing the structure off the b pillar bow as a starting point. I came up with 2 assembly solutions. One: bend a giant square halo ring n just put arc'd cross bars n down tubes or 2 a left side right side approach. Both seemed easier to weld all the way around the supports without cutting holes in the floor to drop it down to weld up the tops. Either way it's gonna be a lot of work. It's looking very nice though bro. Ill post a pic of a southwest cage at least I think it's there's , notice how its one tube from the bed all the way to the a pillar. It may save u head ache. Keep up the good work, and nice progress!
