Hello fellow board members,
Figured I'd contribute a little instead of just looking at all of your awesome projects and thinking of ways to spend money. I was introduced to the board by Brandon Hollander after stalking him on the interwebs via seeing his 94 build. As my obsession persisted I came across another bronco (which I just saw listed on Race-dezert (John's green 95)) which was exactly the direction I wanted to go. That being said, I contacted Brandon to clean up the rear cage and build a front bumper. The 95 already has a motor from a previous 96 I had and a Rancho Lift. Having absolutely zero off-road / prerunning build experience the rancho lift should be good, right...I mean just some bumpers, nicer wheels and I'm basically there, right... Okay maybe finish the cage off... Hey, how much better are coilovers really? So you're saying I need to do what to my rear suspension as well. You know how the story goes. Nevertheless, that's where we started I'll try to keep up with where we're going. Thank you all for the time you have taken documenting your builds; they have helped educate a newbie more than you know.

First upgrades:

Solo Stage 3 rear suspension
Starting point Bumper upgrade Hollander's shop for the frontend Kings Install Complete Front and Rear Installed with a car alarm...

At the moment she's at my friend's shop, Joor Muffler. Or, if you have been around the San Diego mustang scene for a little while, Manning Motorsport. Water pump bearings started to fail and I needed to put the performer upper and lower intake on. Previously I had removed the GT-40 lower and Cobra upper with 70 mm throttle body, 80 mm mass-air, and 24 lb injectors because she failed a smog from 0 - 1500 rpm (yet was way under the rest of the range). I think we have a work around and have the ECM programmed to manage the ever so tiny bit rich she was in that range.
So, hoping to get her back this week as the stock top-end has been very restrictive.
Parts going on:
Tuned ECM

Milodon highflow water pump
Mr Gasket 180 thermostat
I'll be replacing the stock clutch fan with a electric. I've seen some good stuff with people installing the Volvo fans and a relay. I had run black magic electric fans previously on my mustangs and they were just fine. i still have one, but would need to make a new shroud for it.

Picked up the Bronco today. Had some problems with the computer working with the injectors and mass air-meter as well as the throttle body clearing the cross brace. So, only the intake installed for now.
Did however install the new water pump. Then, we found the cause(s) of the water pump going out. Looks like there was an issue with the the smog pump somehow being slightly bent which started the cascade effect on the other pulleys. Additionally finally upgraded to a 130 amp alternator. After a bit of driving there is a difference, but I'd say pretty minor with the performer upper and lower. Although, that's not really a fair judgement since for the moment it still has the stock injectors, throttle body, and mass air meter back in it.

Also picked up a 03 expedition center console I just stripped down and am thinking of how I'd like to modify for the bronco. Some USB ports, maybe a GSP in the middle. Lots of good ideas you all have floating around with some of your other builds the GoFast community has put together. I'll post some photos of the starting point later.
Do any of you have a recommendation for additional fuse panel? Painless kits have served me well in the past.

As for the fuse panel = I've had luck with Blue sea components in the past

if you are talking about a switch panel for running lights/radio/accessories i will never use anything other than swtichpros again. no fuses, no relays and super easy to setup. its a little pricey but once you price out quality switches and what not it is a lot closer in price then you would think. https://store.switchpros.com/sp-9100-be ... -hardware/jhj_08 wrote:Do any of you have a recommendation for additional fuse panel? Dang, these are super fancy! Thank you both of the recommendations. I am using an sPod SE with the touch screen. Lots of really cool features, and makes clean wiring a breeze.

i didnt go spod because of the distribution block. i wanted a single plug, for it to be sealed and compact which the spod takes up a lot of real estate.

I'm thinking I'll use the open space in the center console for the switches and USB ports. I just started making a template. Here's a rough of how I expect to place the panel.
