Well after after being sick in the house the lady couple of days I couldn't tale it anymore. Today I decided to remove all of the ABS wiring. A huge thanks to Monkei for the great write up on the process. Took me about 3 hours but it's all out and taped back up. Hopefully by this weekend I'll be feeling better so I can get the pinion set.

Thanks For the pics Tanner.
Andy try this link:http://www.gofastbroncos.com/forum/view ... abs#p19252
If that doesn't work JUst search in the general tech forum for removing ABS. There a couple threads that have been merged. just look for Monkei, hes who did most of the write up.

Had a couple hours to kill this morning so I went out to see about possible locations for the fuse box. I think I'm going to try and mount mine like Tanners as soon as I build my support from the firewall to the core support. So in the mean time I set my pinion angle and got ride of that huge chunk of aluminum supporting the steering column and fab up a mount coming off the dash bar. I still need to add a couple braces but I ran out of time for the day.

Well it took 2 months but the bronco is finally at my buddies shop getting the cage finished up. Last week I started on the rear disc brakes and this happened. Yes I was wearing safety glasses,
Ended up having emergency surgery to close the wound. Not the way I wanted to spend my 40th birthday.

Sucks man!!
Re: snowman429's 93 Bronco v2.0
Oh man that sucks!! I've caught myself looking under or over my safety glasses before. It's a really bad habit. Glad you still have your eye though.

Re: snowman429's 93 Bronco v2.0
I had the same happen to me twice.once was a stick when I was a kid and another time it was a chunk of aluminum oxide off a grinding wheel. I was also wearing saftey glasses. I try to use wire cups vs wheels whenever possible, and try to position yourself beside the line of fire not in it's path. I know it's a lot easier said than done. Agian sorry to hear.
