I don't think so. I get 21" of travel with stock drive line + 2" back. I think you need to get some 64s and put those 3.5s on!!!

205 is a nice upgrade no matter what. Extra DS length is just a bonus. The lower the angles on the UJ's, the longer they last......

Output shaft spacing is pretty tight on those. I had to turn the drive shaft around so that the plunging yoke was mounted to the T-case. This made it clear the shifter on the C6. I believe that the T-case would need to be clocked slightly with an E4OD to make it clear.

It's more like 1.75, drilled new holes to locate the axle 1.75" on the the spring pack.

I don't envy you if you drilled through the whole pack. Sounds like a pain. Drill press action I hope.

So I have added two coolers for the tranny with fans that fit very well with the stock core support header panel and grill. These are the coolers me and my Friends add to all our tow rigs and RVs with no Fan.......and have never had any issues with temp using only one.

I had them taking up space in the garage so figured best thing to do for my current set up is to use....... until I do away with the stock core support and radiator .......

I may like the way these work and not change a thing.

so the race style coolers will be set aside for now.

Sorry
not sure why it keeps posting them sideways.....

Bronco

Well temporary set up...... added 7 inch as you can see. I moved the 5 inch to the 3rd seat for the person to mark hazards, note take, and navigate while the co dog can keep his eyes up on the road to help me see course and call out all the things stated before to 3rd person .....hah

Once I find a place on the dash ( as you can see even with the full cage I am trying to keep it stock Ford inside) for intercom and Radio head unit I will move them up front. The 5 inch will stay in the back. I will build a cover or self.... for the Radio, to protect it from any gear that rides on top of it. I plan on keeping the middle open between the two front seats this plan is making things hard for Gadgets.....

final plan will be 10 inch GPS up front if I can fit it.

Pictures not the best quality sorry, I need the new IPhone I guess.... this old IPhone 4 is getting Beat up

Very cool Willie! I should have asked you about mounts before I did mine.
