Never setup a TTB from scratch! Have a f250 front frame section, crossmember. Building new radius arms and whatever else needed. Building for bouncing around wyoming mountains dirt roads!

Welcome. Seen pics of the crew on RDC & Facebook over the years. This is mine. Wish I went TTB, although I'd be a bit nervous about it with the cummins

My idea when thinking about putting a TTB setup in my '74 F-100 supercab was to cut the stock crossmember out of the donor bronco & weld it into the '74 frame. I was also converting to a 351w though and this would have given me the mounts. I can't remember off hand the frame width differences between the highboy frame on your crew and my 2wd F-100, but the bronco cross member would only have to be cut like 1/2" - 1" off each side to fit my '74 frame if I remember right. May be worth looking into for your setup as this would probably be easier than figuring out custom mounts for the TTB.

Whatever you end up doing for this start a build thread & post some pics as I'd love to see the process

Will do on the ttb! Something I've wanted to do for awhile! Some of my buddies dont get it! The ride quality will be awesome banging around up on the mountains! My truck is a gas engine no diesel! Diesel to heavy in the snow!

My buddy would have to disagree with you. He loves rally-ing this thing through the snow in Idaho. It's got a tuned up 12v cummins.
