Here are a few items we bought for "fixing up" our house & ended up not using. All are new in the box, but boxes have been opened. They've been sitting on a shelf in our garage for too long so now they've gotta go.

1st - Progress Lighting flush mount light - polished/chrome. Asking $15

2nd - NuTone 695 Ventilation (bathroom / exhaust) fan. 70 CFM. Asking $20

3rd - Spectrum II 42" ceiling fan. White body & blades are white on one side & wood grain on the other. Asking $25
