It's nothing fancy but it is in good condition and has good tires (I put them on two years ago). The stove, faucet lights and battery (automotive/non-deep cycle) all work. The arms are straight and go up smooth. The springs in the arms could stand to be replaced (would make it easier to put up and take down but I was fine with them. The canvas has a cut near the top that I put there when I was taking it down without the plastic guards on the arm elbows. I plan to make new ones before selling it.
