1981 LS F150

Post by 1996sleeper »

Hey have my project for sale that I’ve had for the last 6 years. Time for me to move on and let someone else enjoy her. It’s a 1981 F150 stepside. Truck over all is in great shape especially for being almost 40 years old. Truck is registered, tags up to date and clean title in hand under my name. Located in San Diego CA. Asking $9,000 obo 619-607-6909

Vortec 5.3 with CAI
4L60E with corvette servos
16” centerlines on 285/70/16 west lake all terrains
Rare unequal length forged king pin beams bent for 4” lift by autofab
Autofab lift coils
Autofab skid plate
Extended radius arms
9 inch rear end
92-96 F150 master cylinder upgrade
Sidewinder gate shifter
Custom rear bumper with led tail lights

Truck runs great and hauls a$$, this is not a show truck and is meant to be enjoyed and driven and would only need some minor things to be a true daily driver
1. Bleed brakes
2. Good stereo system
3. New seats brackets (current ones are a little crooked)
4. AC works but vents aren’t hooked up to adjustment lever
5. Also an ecu/trans tune wouldn’t hurt

LS swap smog legal/BAR certified, or is it registered in a non smog zone?

What a fun little build this must have been. Sorry I can't pick it up right now. Happy hunting for a new owner for her.
