95 F-150 4x4 5.8 XLT DD project

Post by F1Brendan »

Up for sale is my truck. 95 F-150 4x4 5.8 extended cab short bed. Super clean truck, fully loaded, 180k.
-4 inch lift with rancho drop brackets, extended radius arms, proximo coils, skyjacker full length add a leaf, Bilstein 5100s all around.
-recently rebuilt 8.8 with 4.56s and new posi, comes with 4.56s for the front ready to be installed.
-stripped and polished 10 hole Alcoa's on almost new 35x12.50 bfg all terrains.
-super nice leer camper shell, carpeted with lights and front slider
-sony speakers, Kenwood BT deck, 12"shallow mount sub and Kenwood excel in amp
-Tony's projectors, clear corners, new tail lights
-led's everywhere, super clean interior with rare lighted visor and power mirror option, as well as center jump seat
New water pump, all sensors, punisher valve body, 6 litre tune-up, truck ran absolutely great UNTIL

It developed a lower intake coolant leak. Did a complete reseal, went to do the timing cover and chain and the motor no longer fully turns over. The front of the motor is apart, but after the work, the motor turns about halfway by hand and will not budge. Moving the cam does nothing, the motor still refuses to turn by hand.

The truck ran great pulling into my driveway to do the work, but I've wasted too much time trying to figure this issue out. Don't have the time or money now that I'll be heading off to school soon, and I'd like it to go to a good home that'll fix and drive the truck. I've owned it the past 6 years or so.

Current title, current smog and registration, would need to be towed. Located in Napa California, about 45 minutes north of SF.

Love the truck and I'm bummed to see it go, but I just don't have the time or money to dig deeper into it. Thanks for looking.

Probably should add a price...
Starting at $3500 but I know I'll get less. Stupid clean truck, would be a perfect DD or start to a super clean build.

For family reason, price is bumping up to 4500. Apologize for any confusion.

Is this still for sale? If so, can you please post some pictures?
