1996 F-150 Standard cab short bed 5.8 4x4 271k miles

Thinking about parting with my 1996 F-150 Standard cab short bed 5.8 4x4 I picked up to build but don't have the budget for it right now. Has brand new BFG All Terrains. Bought from a tow yard so I don't know the history other than what I can see.
White with blue interior
271k miles, current tags until August, bench seat, manual windows, A/C, Cruise Control
Looks to have been well maintained.
Fairly new items include
-starter solenoid
- water pump
- master cylinder and A/C compressor look newer
- radius arms bushings and ball joints aren't too old.
- transmission has been replaced at some point (much cleaner than the transfer case)
- engine looks very clean for 271k miles
