Hi all, after much deliberation I have decided to sell my 91 that I have been working on. A little history, truck sat for about 10 years before I got it last summer. I got it running and it smogged in February. Its a rebuilt / salvage title but I have yet to find any frame damage or major body sectioning. Here is the good, the bad, not too much ugly
I have over $6K in receipts that I can provide, and that's not counting the DMV fees paid to get it current. I bought a house and have some projects that are taking precedence. I hope to see it go to someone who will enjoy it! Feel free to ask any questions, or PM me if you want to take a look! Title in hand.
$2000
1991 Ford Bronco 4x4
5.0L / E4OD
VIN 1FMEU15N9MLA75462
Fuel System:
New fuel tank (Spectra)
New OEM Ford pump / hanger assy with the updated wiring
New Sender from NAPA
New fuel pressure regulator
4 hole injectors pulled and pressure cleaned and rebuilt with new O-rings and pintel caps
Replaced rail crossover line
Brakes:
New Master Cylinder (not rebuilt)
New Calipers
Machined Rotors
New Wheel Cylinders
Front end:
Rebuilt hubs
New Bearings (all)
New seals
STOCK GEARS
Rear End:
Rebuilt by Pro-Gear in San Diego
PowerTrax Lock Right Locker
Richmond 4.33 Gears
New Bearings and Seals
Fully welded axle tubes
Trick Flow finned rear end girdle with bearing preload
Suspension:
Appears to have a small lift coil up front and a block in the back
Tires:
New Falkken 32x11.50 15 with warranty from Discount Tire (maybe 40 miles on them)
Electrical:
170 Amp 3G alternator built by Auto Air Marine Electric, El Cajon, CA
New Fuel pump and ECU relays
Upgraded grounds from Chassis to Engine and body
New Starter
New Starter solenoid
New starter cable
New ignition switch on column
New Ignition key cylinder
Engine:
Stock, not rebuilt. Runs strong and just passed CA smog
New Radiator
New Water pump / New Thermostat
New belt and hoses
New silicon vacuum lines
New EGR valve, New EGR position sensor
New MSD Cap / Rotor, New Plugs, new MSD Coil, new ford racing wires
Body:
New-in-box Grille
New head light assemblies
Body needs little bodywork
Spare tire rack works fine
Trans:
New B&M Megacooler
New solenoid pack however I think it needs a rebuild. Some funny noises coming out of it but it drives and shifts.
Transfer case wouldn’t engage, 4x4 module tests ok but nothing happens when the button is pressed, pulled the front driveshaft to prevent accidental engagement.
What it needs:
Trans rebuild (I put a new servo pack in, and it runs and shifts but makes some noise)
Non-adjustable castor/camber bushings (Previous owner installed adjustable bushings)
Troubleshooting on the electronic 4x4 system (nothing happens when you push the button, module tests OK. Front driveshaft pulled to prevent accidental engagement)
Troubleshooting on the rear window switch (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't)

Re: 1991 FSB For sale tons of new parts $2800 OBO
Anyone want to make an offer? I will entertain anything reasonable or possibly trade for a Miller welding machine and a little cash or something.
Re: 1991 FSB For sale tons of new parts $2800 OBO
Its in the autotrader for 2500 right now.
