1990 F150 TTB Sleeper

Post by SC150 »

Alright guys, the truck is back up for sale. If you're interested or know anyone else who might be, please hit me up. Here's the full run down. I"ll attach my build thread at the bottom. Starting asking price is $15,000. I'm willing to strip parts off to get the price down. Please pm me if interested. Thanks.

1990 F150 4x4 Single Cab. 302 V8. 17+ “ travel front, 19+” rear. K&N intake. Autofab solid motor and tranny mounts. Fiberglass drop center hood with Autofab mounts. Trussed 8.8 with 9” ends. 35 spline Moser axles and a spool. 4:88’s front and rear. Giant Motorsports trussed TTB, radius arms and engine cage. King coilovers with Bilstein bumps up front. Giant Motorsports Link Killer 64” leaf springs, mounts, and “Link Killer” 2 tube King bypass. Bed cage holds two spares and retains the entire center section for storage. The bed is boxed out and upholstered as well. 44 gallon street legal fuel cell. 7” GPS. Race radio. Extra wide Beard highbacks with adjustable head rest and a center jump seat. Custom front and rear bumpers. 3 HID’s and 2 halogens on the front. Work and amber light on the rear. Super sturdy multi-purpose roof rack with high-lift jack and an 8x10’ awning attached. Sitting on 35” Generals in decent condition and has two full size spares. This truck was designed to be a super tough, all-purpose Baja rig and has racked up many, many miles down there. Rides like a Caddy and stays relatively under the radar. Some spares and extra parts available with purchase.

Hi, How many miles on motor and trans? Stock engine and trans? Miles or trips since shock rebuild? Shocks through bed or angled forward? Passes smog? PM or post some more pics please.

Here's the build thread. aviewtopic.php?f=19&t=1039

Stock engine and trans. It's got about 200k. Top end has been gone through a couple of times. New plugs, wires, cap and exhaust manifold as of last week. Runs great, never had a problem. Never done a shock rebuild. Never felt like they needed it. Passes smog just fine. Will need new rear tires asap.

She's not perfect cosmetically, but mechanically she's very sound. I plan on giving the obnoxious surface rust (live by the ocean) a once over and giving her a nice new coat of paint to the undercarriage, rack and bumpers.

So, I've still got the truck and am running out of room in the driveway. Need to get rid of her sooner than later. Willing to make a deal, so if you or anyone you know is looking for an awesome Baja cruiser, please hit me up. Down to 12,000 OBO.

Making a push to get rid of the ol' girl. I've got her listed for 11k obo. She needs new rear tires, some surface rust clean up on the rack and undercarriage (very minor) and she'll have to get smogged. She just passed in January and is running better than ever. If someone wants to deal with that stuff I'll let her go for 10k (firm).

This is an AWESOME truck that is extremely comfortable, functional, and reliable. If you or someone you know is interested please hit me up. Moving soon and don't wanna have deal with finding a place to keep her any longer.

Cheers. Dustin
