Threat coilover conversion and bypasses

I have some Threat bolt on coilover conversion buckets that I am no longer using. Buckets and under the hood brace with hardware $500 was on my 94 for about a year still in good condition just changed things up a bit.
Also still have king 14" 2.5 triple bypasses black anodize and new asking $1,300 obo.

I'm honestly not positive but I don't think it would be a issue.
