Most of the whining comes from the guys who realize they screwed up but are to proud to admit it. Pointing out the obvious I would not consider whining. I only spot 3 rule violations from those two pictures at a quick glance (not boinger related) but nobody will worry to much about that. Does look good though.

Read the rules carefully. Specifically the section about secondary suspensions.

So the C/O's are your secondary suspension system? Where a the leafs that are required as the "original concept" spring that will support the vehicle +-1.5" at ride height.

I'm still not getting how you think this passes the rules. Your unwillingness to post a plain answer leads Me to believe you think your not 100% in the clear either.

We met with SCORE tech inspector Bill Savage on Tuesday before the Baja 1000 and asked him to look at the car and to give us his blessings. At that time, we demonstrated the ability of the leaf spring to hold the car at ride height both with and without the coilovers attached to the car. I have attached a pic that shows the car sitting on the leaf spring with the coilovers unbolted and dangling below as we were on our way over to see Savage.

Unfortunately very slowly. I have just barely gotten the car cleaned up after the 1000. Fortunately the damages were not as severe as I thought. Still hoping to race Parker.

I must be really retarded. I dont see a leaf ot the rear. I see a sway bar, c/o and bypass. Im not trying to start anything, but i built a differant class veichle because of the bs leaf rule. i would much rather this be legal. has anyone tried to i good leaf spring let alone a quarter eliptic pack. You might as well try to raise the titanic. Its about the same thing.
