I have tons of smog stuff for f150 f250 and broncos if anyone needs anything.

The coffee can thing is the vacuum canister. Not sure if it’s smog related as it just holds extra vacuum. The later broncos(95-96) have a big plastic vacuum tank while the earlier ones have like a coffee can.

stock air filter housing? Thats the only thing ive been bitched at when getting a smog and I tossed that long ago.

just put a K@N part number sticker and tell them the filter C.A.R.B legal the housing should not matter.... it probably dose tho.
