I like it. Did a very similar center console on the kids truck, although yours looks a bit cleaner. How you planning to route the t-case shifter?

Well I was thinking of either bending the 4x4 shifter over to and extending it so it runs out the side of the console, but I'm guessing there's a chance that won't work due to the twisting motion it's gonna want to do, so I have a bunch of t case shifter cables so worst case it will be cable operated

What e brake lever is that?

It's a Lokar. I did what you're talking about with the t-case shifter. Just cut it low, welded a 90° piece to the upper part of the lever with a short slip-over tube with set screws to reattach at the stubby part of the shift lever. Ain't the prettiest, but seems to work. Although I haven't put it through real world punishment yet.

Awesome! Thanks for the info, glad it works, I didn't really want to have to go through the hassle of cable shifter, besides this truck will really only see 4x4 when I'm stuck

Got both rear shocks mounted and res tabs welded on, I still don't quite understand their thinking with the rear spring shackle setup, I can't see this working very well, shackle angle straight up and down.

I don't see that shackle setup working very well either. By just looking at that 1 picture I'd guess a stock rear hanger & shackle would give you more travel in both directions than that setup.

That's what I was thinking, I think I'm going to cut it off and redo the rear setup

If you have "spare" time, tear the leafs down the the main leaf & a spacer to mimic the thickness of the rest of the leaf pack & cycle this setup. See what you get for total travel & then guestimate what is ride height to figure bump vs. droop. Then cycle as you figure out the replacement setup as well. I'd love to see (hear) the difference!

Well I know with no shocks and no limit straps I picked up the back of the truck with a forklift and got 3" of droop, lol pretty say

yeah, you'd get double that minimum stock I'd think. Not sure what those leafs are but they should be your limiting factor.

I'm starting to think they are the stock f150 springs, that's why they changed the shackle setup to lift the truck to match the front, i want to change shackle setup back to stock but with a long shackle but I'm going to need to find a set off different springs with a bit more arch

Well, still waiting on my motor to get done, it's getting close, just need to order a oil pan and oil pump and a few other odds and ends. Had to cut out front shock hoop/engine cage and bend up a new one to make room for the bigger shocks, made new lower shock mounts and plated the radius arms.

Scored a new set of 4" h57 Deaver 10 leaf rear springs new for $160, now I can remount rear shackles and actually get some travel out of the rear, also my motor is finally done, just need to get $1500 more out to the builder and bring that beast home, then plenty of "break in time" out on the street in front of my house lol

For $160 unless they were for a Ranger I'd say you can't go wrong, but I had to google what the H57's were since I didn't recognize the # and didn't see them anywhere on Deaver's site. Found um on Bronco Graveyard listed as for 73-79 4wd F-150. Those should do just fine. Especially for the price!

I'll be interested to see if you end up needing to relocate the upper shock mounts based on the new springs, but just looking at the pics above I'd think you'd be fine/close enough to run. Post some pics up as you cycle the replacement setup. I'm interested to see the differences in what's on there now & the replacement stuff.

Yeah I was thinking about that since these are much thicker leaf pack, busy week but hopefully I can start tearing into it this week and swap em out
