So, I just picked up this truck that I have some history with, back when I was in high school a buddies dads friend had this truck built by some shop in California, had a bunch of $ into it and then the guy got huge ( 450+lbs huge) and didn't fit in the truck, so he stored it at my buddies dads for 8 years, basically forgot about it, we used to steal it and take it to the dunes until he found out and came and took the truck. Fast forward 13 years and thenteuck pops up online for $2k, I had to have it. Now the truck has been sitting a long time and is very outdated now, old school rancho 9012's with air compressor under dash and controls mounted next to driver seat, built 300 6 cylinder and 4 speed that have to go. This truck is still 4x4 with what I was told was all autofab front end. This is how it looked when I bought it.

Well once I figure out the images thing, I stripped and sold the motor trans and t case, bought a 351w that's at the engine builder being turned into a 393 stroker, I built a c6 with upgraded internals and a full manual valve body, and purchased 4 foa 16" 2.5" remote res shocks, and I'm contemplating going to 63" rear springs for now until I link the rear.

No lol, the license plate my buddy found and zip tied on there lol, he said your all street legal now! lol I'm in Oregon, just south of Portland, canby, aurora area. It's getting there, got a lot of stuff painted, just got my art Carr shifter last night, need to install my summit racing under dash heater so I can start building my center console and get shifter mounted

Got it. Oregon is still cool. I love anywhere in the pacific northwest really.

Sounds like you're moving along on the truck.

Yeah Oregon can be really nice, except days like today where it rains multiple inches in a day, really slows down projects if you don't have a good shop to work in. Talked to the engine builder today, ordered weisco flat top forged pistons and eagle stroker crank and rods. The engine I took him was a fresh rebuild so everything is good and ready to and I can slap on my new aluminum heads and start putting stuff back together, I'm going to try and get the heater installed this weekend under the dash and tidy up some interior stuff as well as get the new v8 motor mount towers installed. One the heater is in I can start building my aluminum center console to hold my new flush mount shifter and a few cup holders and my switch panel

While it doesn't happen quite as often, that does happen here in southern CA too. We are forecasted to get 3" tomorrow! Looks like I'll be stuck inside and not touching the truck

Well the mastercrafts were on back order for 6+ weeks so I'm thinking these are going to be the seats! Just designed these.

If you're not in a rush the mastercrafts are worth the wait. PRP's will do, but for me the fit & feel of the mastercrafts made it worth the extra cash

Did a little work last night, plated the front ttb on the front outside and the insides as well to box them in, also went to mount my new front coils only to find the the bottoms don't taper to a small round coil to fit the factory style bucket and clamp, so I dabbed up a coil bucket and a new clamp and installed front springs. Tonight I tackled installing my under dash heater which went in super easy and seems like a great little unit, just got to hook up two wires and I'm ready to start building my center console, the picture I attached of the console is basically the style I'm going for only instead of the ruddy console I'm going to just extend it to back between the seats, and I was thinking it would be cool to find a small cooler I could slide down in the console and the lid would double as a arm rest.

Started on the center console today, turning out pretty decent, turned out bigger than I thought but that's good, lots of room for stuff
