The Millen bodies are blocky and look like crap.

Actually, the question should be, who is going to pay for it. Their are several companies that would be willing to make it if somebody was willing to pay for it.

Tom, how is your on road ride quality with your uniball pivots and hymed radius arms. I have a ttb 2wd f250 and I replaced all my bushing with poly bushings and now I real every bump in the road.
