Clean start dude! Reminds me of mine when I was in high school, leveled on black wheels and 33s, and now I'm about 3.5-4 inches up and back on Alcoas and 35s haha. Be careful on that eraser wheel though! They'll totally burn and stain the paint if you're too rough or hold it in one place too long. I found it best to go against the adhesive, so it peels up instead of rubs off, if that makes sense.. good start though!

Thanks! Yeah been seriously considering doing cut and turned beams and going to 35s but I figure I should be a little more responsible with my money since I'm about to graduate college soon lol. Watyu mean against? Like start at one end and work towards the other?

Had a little free time to put on the new rear window latch and clear dome light lens from Bronco Graveyard, and the majority of the LEDs from Taylor, and a new halogen bulb for my cargo light. Might swap an LED into that tho too

Anyone got any cool ideas for a bed mounted fire extinguisher? Plan to sleep in the back and probably put a shell on it for camping at some point, and I haul a ton of stuff with it so can't have it on the bed floor. Probably will buy a steel quick release and weld it to the inside of the bed wall..

Just throw one in the back seat. No reason to risk it being stolen/out in the weather

Don't really like having it in the back of the cab, want it to be super easy to access without moving anything. Thought about a mount in front of the drivers seat like I did on my bronco but not sure how I'd do it with a bench seat..

Buy a white one and a quick release mount, then mount it on the underside if the bed rail.

Anyone happen to know the dimensions and how much a factory chrome step rear bumper off our trucks weighs? This guy wants me to ship it and I'm not home to measure it, gonna use the info to calculate shipping

So last night when I went to leave work the truck suddenly went dead after starting fine all day. Jumped it, nothing. Smacked the starter, nothing. Tightened battery cables, nothing. Checked the neutral safety switch and still nothing. No dash lights, no brake lights, no noises underhood at all. But oddly enough my underhood led and glovebox led worked while nothing else would come on. So I had it towed to Penske Ford to be diagnosed. They call me this morning and it's starting, first time every time. WHAT. So skipping the $135 diagnosis and having the ignition replaced and re-keyed to the door key so I only need one while they're at it. Hopefully this fixes it -___-

I'd say check the ground cables. Maybe also check the computer connector or other connectors in that part of the firewall.

Thanks Travis I'll have em check that. Also does anyone know what the best option would be to have a remote made to work with my factory power locks? Not too familiar with this kinda stuff, never had an aftermarket remote system put in

You can check to see if yours originally had the RKE (remote keyless entry) option. There will be a black box with about 30 wires coming out of it under the dash on the driver side.



Some 93s had them but mostly 94+. If you have it you can just buy the key fob off eBay and program it to the factory module. Otherwise you are going to have to get an aftermarket module and wire it up yourself.
